Sorry for the long lapse in blogging. I have had a crazy week filled with getting lost in the woods and lovely bike rides. I spent the weekend camping with my dear friend, Nicki. I promise I will be a better blogger this week.... These photos were taken by photographer James Jowers during the 1960's and 1970's in New York City. They are a part of the George Eastman House collection. Thanks, Betsy!
I absolutely love these scans from the Selby of Helena Christensen's home in New York. These are from the May issue of Paris Vogue. Helena's messy, bohemian style and lovely decorations give her house a homey, lived-in feeling. I think I have a mild case of house-envy.
And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you, because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don't believe in magic will never find it.
